So all keen Haagen and I turned up for our jolly along the criffel range. 60km with a bit of a climb andf then follow the contour line until the downhill back to the pub at Albert Town. Thought it might take us 3 1/2 hours. 5 1/2 hours later we rolled into town after 2 punctures, 1 recurring slow puncture and a smashed rear mech on Haagens bike that we had to bypass and turn his bike into a single speed. Obviously we set it up for speed at the expensive of no climbing ability. Needless to say, there was still a tonne of climbing to do and a nice technical section through the river at the end. Bit knackered at the end but a good day out nevertheless.

View from near the summit of Little Criffel. Haags mid pump...
On the big downhill. About to get puncture number 2. 1 guy got 7!
Great views if you dared to look up from dodging the rocks buried in the grass.
Pumping. Overall a great ride though. Would definitely recommend.
